View Unconfirmed Users
As an administrator, you can review all pending confirmation emails and resend them. Here's how:
- Click on your profile picture or initials located in the bottom-left corner of the menu.
- Select Employees, which takes you to the Employees page.
When an employee has not accepted their invitation to Envisio, they are deemed to be Unconfirmed. Unconfirmed users have a red border around their user-avatar. -
Click on More Filters, located in the top-right corner.

Click on the Include Unconfirmed Employees dropdown and select See Only Unconfirmed Employees.
- Click Apply. The list will display all unconfirmed users.
Send Individual Confirmation Email
To send an individual confirmation email to users who have not accepted your invitation, hover on their employee record while viewing the list of employees and click on Send Confirmation Email.
Send Bulk Confirmation Email
To bulk send the confirmation emails while viewing the list of unconfirmed employees:
- Click into the check-box on the header row to select all records.
- Click on Send Confirmation Email button.
