Why is Envisio changing the Home Page?
As part of our commitment to providing customers with value, we recognize that our product will need to change from time to time. Envisio users deserve a modern user interface that champions engagement and provides a satisfying and interactive experience.
When is the New Home Page and Navigation changing?
The evening of July 9th, 2024.
What are the benefits of the new Home Page?
The new Home Page will help you see what needs to be updated and when, across Plans, Projects, and Analytics. With the new Home Page, you can get quick access to your most visited places, such as certain reports, dashboards, and projects with the My Starred section, and toggle between your personalized view and department view, to get a holistic view of your team updates.
What are the benefits of the new Navigation?
There is no longer a need to switch between modules, and the new Navigation will reduce clicks and confusion. Users can get from one area of the application to another easily. It also creates a seamless suite of Envisio products.
What resources are available to educate my staff on this transition?
You'll receive a guided tour the first time you login to introduce you to the key features of the new Navigation and Home Page. We also have this Feature Release article: New Navigation and Home Page to help support the changes in the new interface.
How does this affect what my users will see?
Users will only see the products they are subscribed to. They will see a slim navigation similar to what they are seeing now, but with more icons. They will have access to the expanded navigation, as well as a newly designed Home Page.
What are the major changes in the Home Page design?
The new Home Page will feature a modern design, improved navigation, personalized dashboard consolidating key elements such as Plans, Analytics, and Projects into one place. Users will no longer need to search for updates or deal with out-of-sync visuals caused by data source errors. This homepage will serve as a one-stop shop for all user attention needs.
Do I need to make any changes to our instance or configuration?
Nothing is needed on your end. We'll do all the work for you. When you log in on July 10th, the new Navigation and Home Page will be ready and waiting for you.
What support is available if I have trouble with the new interface?
Your Customer Success Manager can assist with any training or support needs, or you can always check in with our support team using the "Need Help?" button at the bottom right when you're signed into Envisio.
How can I provide feedback on the new interface?
Absolutely! We'd love your feedback. You can provide feedback to your Customer Success Manager or by submitting an enhancement support ticket via our help center, using the "Need Help?" button at the bottom right corner when you're signed in.

Will there be additional new features or enhancements in the future?
Yes! We're always looking to improve our user experience. Future enhancements may include a new Plans Insights page to replace the Plans Home Page, and a new Projects Insights page. We are also looking into providing a customizable navigation bar.
How will Envisio communicate further updates about the new interface?
All new enhancements are logged in the Help Center here. Emails and in app messages will also be used to communicate new features and enhancements to our users.
