How To: Collaborate using Envisio for Microsoft Teams

The Envisio for Microsoft Teams app allows you to easily collaborate with colleagues on your Envisio plan, right in Teams.

Use the Envisio app to reference plan elements in chats with colleagues to ask for support or input, or to spark movement on a disrupted element. This is a great way to easily spur conversation about plan elements and ensure your plan is moving forward.

Reference plan elements in Teams Chats

To reference a plan element in a chat:

1. Click the three dots below your Microsoft Teams message field.
2. Select the Envisio app.
3. Search for or click to select the plan element you'd like to reference.
4. Your selected plan element will now be attached to your chat message. You can add additional context as needed before sending your message.
