This article describes the process for Polco Track administrators to select and save data points in Polco Track, enabling standard users to capture embed code and add the visuals to Envisio. This saving process is a prerequisite for users to add Polco Track visuals to Envisio. To learn more about the secondary step to capture the embed code and add the visual to Envisio, please see:
- Access Polco Track
To access Polco Track from Envisio, click the Polco logo icon in the left side navigation bar in Envisio. This will open Polco in a new browser tab or window.
- Peruse available measures and select
In Polco's left side navigation bar, access the TRACK section.

To save the measure, click the three dots at top right and select Save Data Point. This will save the data point to your list and make it available to your standard users to capture embed code for. - Review list of saved data points
To access the list of all data points saved for your organization, click the Saved Data Points option in the left side navigation bar, under the ENGAGE heading.
