How To: Access Saved Data Points and Capture Embed Code

1. Access Polco 
   Click the Polco icon in Envisio's left side navigation bar to open Polco in a new tab or window.
   
   
2. Access Saved Data Points
   Under the ENGAGE heading in the left side navigation bar, click the option for Saved Data Points. 
   
   
   
3. Locate the data point you'd like to add to Envisio
   Note that your administrator has already selected appropriate data sources for your organization. If you'd like a new data point available that isn't listed here, please speak with your administrator.

4. Capture the embed code for the visual
   Click the three dots at top right, then click Share. This will open a pop-up screen with embed code for this particular visual.
   
   
   
5. Copy Embed Code
   Hover over the embed code and click the Copy button that appears at far right. This will copy the code to your computer's clipboard, and you're now able to use it in Envisio (or elsewhere!). We recommend pasting the code to a notepad or document file for access later, though you can head straight to Envisio with the code now, to use it!
   Once you have the code, click Close at bottom right.
   

You now have the embed code you'll need to bring the visual measure into Envisio. You have two options: 

• Add a new Embed visual in Envisio Analytics for use throughout the platform. See: Create an Embed Visual
• Add a new embed visual directly to a relevant plan element. See: How To: Create Embedded Visuals in Plans
