Viewing and Managing Organization Settings

Who has access: System Admins

The organization settings link allows you to make some initial decisions about the overall settings of your plan module, which will be applied to all of your plans. You can upload your organization logo, select your time zone and manage your Vision, Mission and Value statements.

Manage Organization Settings

To edit the settings for your organization:

1. Click on your Profile located on the bottom-left corner of the menu
2. Click on Organization Settings page by clicking on Settings (cog icon) next to your organizations name.

Let's take a look at the options in Organization Settings.

1) Logo

Upload your organization logo. This will appear within the user Avatar popup, View/Edit Plans and on Reports. Ideally an image size of 200px in width with 72 dpi would be best. Images in .jpg and .png are accepted.

2) Name

Enter your organization name. This information appears within the menu. 

3) Time Zone

Set your organization's time zone so that all date information reflects the correct date/time.

4) Vision Label

Typically, this area is used to capture the title of your vision statement. While not in use at this moment, there are future plans to incorporate this in other sections of Envisio.

5) Vision Statement

Typically this area is used to capture the Vision/Mission/Values statements of your organization. While not in use at this moment, there are future plans to incorporate this in other sections of Envisio.
