Standard Report Definitions

Within each report type, a list of commonly created standard reports is available, with pre-defined filters and display settings that allow you to quickly create a report. In the below tables you will find descriptions, details, and use case examples of each of the standard reports available.

NOTE: any time you see Goal, Strategy, or Action in the below report names, Envisio will merge in the appropriate label from your Plan Settings. The labels used herein indicate highest to lowest plan levels, respectively; i.e. Goal will display the name of your selected plan's top-most plan level.

Standard Progress Reports

My plan assignments Included default pages: Cover, Overall Summary, Details	See what you're responsible for in your Envisio plan. This report shows all plan elements where you are assigned as owner, contributor, or observer.	Individual Envisio users
Strategy progress report Included default pages: Cover, Overall Summary, Details	See how your top two plan levels are progressing. This report displays progress and details of the top two plan levels, grouped by top plan level elements.  As this report displays all elements for the top two levels of your plan, it contains a lot of detail.	Boards, leadership teams, the public.
Departmental accomplishments report Included default pages: Cover, Details	See what your departments have completed, to celebrate and share accomplishments! This report displays completed lowest level plan elements, by department.	Departmental heads and teams
Departmental progress report (also available as a tabular report) Included default pages: Cover, Overall Summary, Details	See how the various departments are progressing toward plan achievement. This report displays all lowest level plan elements and their progress, grouped by department. All departments are shown, by default, and as such this is a very comprehensive, detailed report. Operational progress report Included default pages: Cover, Overall Summary, Details	See how your lowest level plan elements are progressing. This report displays progress and details of all lowest level plan elements only.	Departmental heads and teams
Goal summary report Included default pages: Cover, Plan Summary, Details	See how your organization is progressing on the top level of your plan. This report displays a summary of your top level plan elements only.	Boards, leadership teams, the public.
Plan progress report Included default pages: Cover, Overall Summary, Details	Get a view into your overall plan progress, with detailed information about the lowest level. This report displays summary information and descriptions from the top two plan levels, followed by most recent updates for each of the lowest level plan elements.	Boards, leadership teams, the public.
Measures report Included default pages: Cover, Details	Easily see all performance measure visuals associated to your plan. This report displays all measures (visuals) linked to your plan.	All users
Measures updated in the last 30 days report Included default pages: Cover, Details	Quickly view all performance measures linked to your plan that have been updated in the last 30 days.  This report displays all measures (visuals) linked to your plan that have been updated within the last 30 days. All tabular reports have Cover and Details default pages only.

My plan assignments	See what you're responsible for in your Envisio plan. This report shows all plan elements where you are assigned as owner, contributor, or observer.	Individual Envisio users
Actions pending update by owner report	Keep an eye on your team's updates and be aware when actions are pending updates. This report displays lowest level plan elements that have yet to be updated within the current reporting period.	Departmental heads and teams AND plan owners
Action update report	Check for most recent updates on your active lowest level plan elements. This report displays the latest updates for all lowest level plan elements that are currently active (i.e. status is Pending, On Track, Some Disruption, or Major Disruption). Departmental Strategy report	Keep your department focused on their strategic actions to ensure your plan is always moving forward. Each department will get their own version of this report. This report displays lowest-level plan elements that your department owns, contributes to, or observes on, organized by strategic pillar.	All team members within a department
My overdue Actions report	See overdue actions you're responsible for in your Envisio plan. This report shows all overdue plan elements where you are assigned as owner.	Individual Envisio users
Departmental accomplishments report (also available as a progress report)	See what your departments have completed, to celebrate and share accomplishments! This report displays completed lowest level plan elements, by department.	Departmental heads and teams
Departmental at-risk report	Keep an eye on plan elements that are at risk or experiencing disruption. This report displays lowest level plan elements that currently have an at-risk (yellow or red) status, grouped by department.	Departmental heads and teams
Overdue Actions report	See what actions are overdue in your plan, and past their due date. This report displays a list of all lowest level plan elements that are past their end/due date, grouped by department.	Departmental heads and teams AND plan owners
Management report by department	See how your plan is going, organized by department. This report displays a detailed list of all plan elements, grouped by department.	Departmental heads and teams AND plan owners
Management report by owner	See how your plan is going, organized by owner. This report displays a detailed list of all plan elements, grouped by element owner.	Departmental heads and teams AND plan owners
Plan audit report	Quickly audit your plan's key data points to ensure everything has been configured. This report displays all data that has been entered into your plan, organized by department.	System administrators and plan owners

Progress across plans	Displays a plan summary at the top of the report, summarizing overall progress across any selected plans, followed by tabular data.
