Selecting Plan Levels
Our multi-plan reports default to only showing actions, or the lowest level of your plan. If you would like to show the top levels of your plan (i.e. goals and/or strategies) as well, you can do this by opening the Plan Levels option on the Filters tab. Here, you can select which level(s) you’d like to include on your report.

Summary Options
If you are reporting and showing your goals and/or strategies along with your actions, you can select to show different summary options.
On the Overall Summary tab, under the Display Settings, you can select which level(s) you want to show on your summary graph:
Additionally, you have the option to Progress and Expected Progress at the goal and strategy levels, or the overall progress.
Grouping Elements
On the Details tab, in the Display Settings, you can decide how you want to group your data.
| None | No grouping. List all elements based on the default plan sorting and in order that the selected plans appear in the Plan Names filter. |
| Plan Name* | Keep all elements from one plan together. Plans will be appended once all elements from the previous plan are listed. |
| Goal* | Group by all goals, or the highest level elements, with the same description. This will grab all lower levels (strategies and actions) and place them under their shared goal. |
| Strategy* | Group by all strategies, or the second level elements, with the same description. This will grab all lower levels (actions) and place them under their shared strategies. |
| Owner | Group by all elements that are assigned to the same owner together. |
| Contributor | Group by all elements that are assigned to the same contributor(s) together. |
| Status | Group by all elements that have the same status. |
| Tags | Group by all elements that have the same tags. |
*Grouping by Plan Name, Goal, and Strategy are only available on the multi-plan report.
