As a task owner, you are responsible for marking your tasks complete in Envisio. This is done in three easy steps!
-
Navigate to your task
This can be done from a task notification email or by navigating to your project in Envisio and finding tasks that belong to you in the Task list view.
-
Review your task's details
To view the details of your task, click on its name in the task list view. This will open a side panel at right to show your task's description, start and end dates, as well as any dependencies or sub-tasks that may have been configured.
-
Mark your task complete
When you've completed all work within a task, click the Mark Complete button at top right to mark the task as complete. Note that this will trigger an update to the project and notification to any interested parties.
- If dependencies (blocking or blocked by) exist or sub-tasks have not been completed the user will be notified if they are sure they want to complete the task. If the user continues, it will be added to the weekly digest emails sent to the Project Manager. Below is a sample of the notification and the digest email.
