AI Assist Prompts

When is selected in the editor the user can select from a number of prompts. These prompts when selected will create a different response depending on the prompt selected. The response returned can also vary depending whether you select a few words or a sentence versus the whole update:

• Summarize:  Summarizing prompts involves capturing the essential information in a brief and condensed form, providing a quick overview without delving into unnecessary details. Available in Submit Updates only.
• Improve: Improving prompts enhances clarity, conciseness, or overall effectiveness. 
• Condense: Involves reducing the size of the input/response, but it specifically emphasizes maintaining the core meaning while eliminating unnecessary details.
• Simplify: Simplifying prompts involves making them more straightforward and accessible by using plain language, breaking down complex ideas, or removing unnecessary details.
• Rephrase: In the context of prompts, rephrasing involves rewriting the instructions or content while maintaining the original meaning. This can be done for clarity or to present the information in a different way. 
• Spelling and Grammar: To review and correct the spelling and grammatical aspects of a given text ensuring that written content adheres to established language rules, including correct spelling, proper sentence structure, punctuation, and overall grammatical accuracy.
