When your plan is live and you're moving along and providing progress updates, there may be times when you need to edit the description, change assignments, priority, or tags (if enabled), or change the start and end date (on the lowest level plan element). To edit other fields or add/modify checklists, you will need to go to the View/Edit Plan page.
Here's how to edit a plan element from Submit Updates:
- In Submit Updates, go to the plan element's detail page.
- Click on the 3 vertical dots to the far right of the page. If you don't see the 3 dots, it means you do not have permission to edit this plan element. Speak to your system administrator to gain access.
- Once in Edit mode, you will see the fields that you can make changes. Here's an example of editing a lowest level Action:
- Don't forget to Save your changes.
