Each Envisio Plan must have an owner, and can have multiple members.

Plan Owner
The plan owner is the person overseeing the plan. This field is editable by system administrators. Anyone with a system administrator or standard role can be a plan owner. The plan owner has administrative rights to the plan such as edit plan name, edit plan labels, add tags, custom fields, change notification sequence, reporting dates, assign new members, and set plan mode. The plan owner also has full access to the plan to create/edit/assign/report/search plan elements.
Plan Members
Plan membership is the only other way to gain access to a plan for a standard user. Membership to a plan provides the ability for users to view the plan and its information and also enables the system administrator/plan owner to select from the membership when assigning users to plan elements. One cannot access the plan if they are not the plan owner or have a membership in the plan. Once a member is assigned to the plan element (owner, contributor, observer) they will have the ability to provide updates to their assigned plan element.
