The Plan Portfolio feature is available to customers on the Enterprise pricing plan. All user roles have access to this page.
The Plan Portfolio is a high level view of plan related activities in your instance, the top half shows the overall status and progress while the bottom half shows individual plan cards.
The Plan Portfolio can be accessed from the Manage Plans, plans listing, page.
Overall Status and Progress
The overall status and progress calculations are based on all active plans in your instance. This section totals the number of plans and plan elements. Use the arrow on the top right to collapse and expand this section.
Plan Cards
The second half of the Plan Portfolio shows plan cards for all of the active plans you have access to. These cards show information related to the plans. You can see the plan name, number of elements at each level, status, progress, and owner.
Hover on the status to see this specific percentage for that plan. If you have used custom naming for your plan statuses, this will show here as well.
The two icons to the right of the owner show how many linked visuals and linked projects this plan has. if you are a sysadmin you can click on these totals to be brought to the Visuals and Projects pages with a filter set up to see these linked elements.
Clicking the tree icon on the bottom right will open a new tab showing this plan in the Plan Map View.
