If you're already logged in to Envisio, you can change your Envisio password in User Preferences.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it either from your organization's unique login page or on the Reset Password page.
If your Envisio instance is hosted in Canada and your login URL looks like https://myorg.app.envisio.net/users/sign_in, you need to reset your password from your organization's unique login page.
Changing password while logged in to Envisio
To change your password while logged in:
- Click on your name from the side panel, and then click on your avatar.

Enter a new password with a minimum of 6 characters in the Password and Confirm Password fields.
- Click Save.
Resetting password through your organization's unique login URL
If you generally log in through your organization's unique login URL, to reset your password, click on Forgot Password? on the login page.
On the next screen, enter your email address and click on Reset Password.
An email with Reset Password instructions will be sent to your email. Follow the steps to access your account again.
Resetting password through Reset Password page
You can also reset your password through our Reset Password page. This works best for organizations running off our AWS hosted instances (https://<your_org>.app.envisio.com).
To reset your password, enter your email address and click Find My Instance. On the next screen, you will be presented with a list of instances where your email is associated with. Click on the name of the instance that you'd like to reset your password and an email with Reset Password instructions will be sent to your email. Follow the steps to access your account again.
