Navigating in Envisio

First time using Envisio? This article will help you navigate around Envisio Plans, Projects (if subscribed), Analytics and Polco (if subscribed).

Left menu Bar

The left menu bar is the main navigation to get you around the features in Envisio. The options on the menu are broken out by module - Plans, Projects, Analytics and Polco – allowing you to easily navigate between different areas of the system. Clicking on the right-facing chevron beside the Envisio logo will open the Navigation bar, where you can see an expanded view, switch between different Plans and Projects, and access additional settings.

Organization and Employee Settings

Click your user avatar (initials or profile picture) on the bottom left of the menu bar to manage your organization and employee settings. 

1. User Preferences - Update your account details and upload a profile picture, manage your notifications and set up Calendar Reminders for updates.
2. Organization Settings - Make some initial decisions about the overall settings of your instance - upload your organization logo, select your time zone and manage your Vision, Mission and Value statements.
3. Organization Chart - Set up or view your organization chart for reporting purposes. 
4. Employees - Visible only to System Administrators, the Employees page is where you can add new employees, view or edit an employee's record, or deactivate accounts.
