First time using Envisio? This article will help you navigate around Envisio Projects. The left menu bar is the main navigation to get you around the features in Envisio. The options on the menu are broken out by modules you are subscribed to - Plans, Projects, Analytics, and Polco – allowing you to easily navigate between different areas of the system. Clicking on the right-facing chevron beside the Envisio logo will open the Navigation bar, where you can see an expanded view, switch between different Plans and Projects, and access additional settings.
Left Menu Bar
- Project Switcher - If you are assigned to multiple projects, you will see all those projects on the expanded navigation, beside the Projects module icon. From here, you can switch between projects.
- Project Settings - Available only to users with System Admin or Projects Admin role, the Project Settings (cog icon) option is where you can administer Update Templates, Project Tags, Project Templates, Project Phases, Custom Fields and Task Groups.
- Tasks – View, edit and manage the task list for your selected project, including owners, start and end dates, Gantt chart and overdue indicators.
- Projects Planning - Access all of your Projects in List and Gantt chart view. This is where you can manage existing projects and create new projects.
- Projects Dashboard – Manage your existing Projects Dashboards, create new Projects Dashboards, or view Dashboards that have been created by other users in your organization!
