| Dependencies | Set whether a task is blocked by or blocking another task from completion. |
| Project | A central element for managing capital improvement projects (CIP) or other projects, designed for management, collaboration, and communication. |
| Projects Admin | A module-specific role for System Admins or Standard Users that grants access to Projects settings such as update templates, project tags, project templates, project phases, custom fields, and task groups. |
| Projects Dashboard | A public-facing component that displays projects, status, budget, and map locations to the community and stakeholders, supporting drill-down capabilities for details. |
| Project Phases | Up to eight customizable phases that can be defined by project type, used internally for management and displayed publicly on the Projects Dashboard. |
| Project Template | A template created to help standardized projects across the organization. Templates can include custom phases, fields, task groups, reminders, and a project status update template to help with consistently formatted updates. |
| Subtasks | Further breakdown of the steps within a task, which can be assigned owners. |
| Tasks | The primary components or milestones of a project’s work plan can be assigned owners, dates, and dependencies, and are weighted to automatically calculate the project's progress percentage. |
| Task Group | Optional grouping for project tasks that can group by phase, status or a custom user defined breakdown. |
