How to Change the External Notification Frequency

Each individual Envisio user has the ability to adjust their own external notification alerts and frequency.

Click on your profile name at the bottom of the sidebar navigation.

Navigate to User Preferences by selecting the cog icon next to your profile name.

In the User Preferences page, click General Notifications from the tabs at the top of the page.

You can now enable or disable notifications for a variety of options, and have those notifications sent to the My Activity Stream dashlet on your Envisio homepage, or delivered to your email inbox. 

Notifications are grouped into categories based on Envisio modules:

Plans

• My Owned planning elements
• My Contributed planning elements
• My Observed planning elements
• Measures
• Shared reports

Analytics

• All Analytics

Projects

• Task Assignment
• Task Due Soon
• Task Overdue
• Task Updates (created, deleted and completed)
• Status Updates
• Published Projects Dashboard
• Linked To A Plan

Note: You cannot turn off notifications for planning elements that you own.
