The Report List page lists all reports that have been created by or shared with you, as an Envisio user, and offers a handful of features to make finding and creating reports easier:

Search and Quick Filters
The search and quick filter buttons at the top left of the report list screen make it easy to find the reports you're looking for.- Click the magnifying glass icon to search report names by text
- Click the All Reports button to refine the list to display only My Reports or the reports Shared with Me. You can also select All Reports to return to the full list at any time.
- Click the All Types button to narrow results by report type: progress, tabular, or multi plan reports. Choose All Types from the drop-list to return to the full list at any time.
- Click the Scheduled button to display only reports that are currently scheduled for automated delivery.
- Click the magnifying glass icon to search report names by text

Report list banner
The top banner above the report list displays basic information about the report, such as the owner, the last modified date, and whether it is a Progress or Tabular report. Click on any column header to sort the report list by that column in ascending or descending order. -
Star (favorite) a report
Use the small star iconat far left to star a report, indicating it as a favorite. Combined with the All Reports quick filter above the report list, this makes it quick and easy to find the reports you'll use most often.

New Report button
Click the + New Report button at top right to begin creating a new report. For step-by-step directions, view How To: Create Reports.
