How To: Configure Notifications for Envisio for Microsoft Teams

The Envisio for Microsoft Teams app can deliver notifications for a variety of actions in Envisio. Configure your notifications to be notified about:

• Plans: Plan element and measure updates coming due
• Plans: Changes to plan elements you're an owner, contributor, or observer on (added, removed, completed, deleted, disrupted status)
• Plans: Reports being shared with you
• Analytics: Data source updates and reminders

Note that if users have reports scheduled to deliver to them, these will also be delivered via Teams, however this is not a notification that can be disabled at this time. See How To: Schedule Reports for Delivery.

To modify your notifications from the Envisio for Microsoft Teams app:

1. Click the Envisio app icon in the left side pane of Teams to access the Envisio app.
2. In the Envisio app chat, type notification settings and send the message.
3. The Envisio app will return a card with an Open Settings button. Click Open Settings.
4. A new tab or window will open with your user preferences Notifications page.
5. Use the checkboxes in the far right column to enable or disable Teams notifications.
