Not receiving emails from Envisio? Here are some tips that might help:
Check your email settings
Is your email up to date? You can check it by:
- Click on your profile name at the bottom of the sidebar navigation.

Navigate to User Preferences by selecting the cog icon next to your profile name.
- Under the Account section, ensure that your Email is correctly entered.
Whitelist Envisio's email domain
Ask your IT team to whitelist Envisio's email domain @envisio.com. Envisio sends notifications from notifications@envisio.com, no-reply@envisio.com, and success@envisio.com , so it's important to ensure these emails aren't being blocked by your email server.
Check spam folders and other email filters
Check your spam or junk folder, as well as any inbox filters, just in case emails from Envisio are being sent there by mistake.
